We're different from other retail and daily deal sites in that our number one priority is to present a handful of compelling, local deals on a daily basis. We don't bombard you with dozens of deals you have to wade through to find what you want. And, we do not require a minimum number of deals to be sold before the sale is authorized. If only one deal is sold – that person gets the deal at the deal price. Quantities are limited so you do have to act fast.

We offer a 30 day refund policy for all purchases made on Dealster.com. You can claim a refund by submitting a support request. We will issue the refund if you change your mind but the voucher is unused.

After the 30 days, we will only issue a refund if the merchant goes out of business before you get a chance to use the voucher and before the expiration date, or if the merchant decides not to honor the deal.

No, you don't have to use the deal on the day you buy it. Deals have expirations dates, which are usually between 3 and 6 months. The exact expiration date is noted in the description of the deal.

Your deal will be in the account and ready to use the next day. Some deals like online deals are available right away but make sure you read the print. We'll also send you a nice email confirmation of your purchase.

This occasionally happens, but don't worry, we will refund you. Just go to our support page and contact us.

Yes, absolutely. You can just click on Buy for a Friend under the purchase button and we'll make sure that the deal is specially bought for your friend or family member. Keep in mind that you can also give them a Dealster Gift Card that allows them to buy any deal they want. You can see our Gift Card Page here.

It's our way of rewarding our loyal customers. And, it's a great way for you to save money and show off the Badges you earned to everyone else.

No, Badges do not have their own cash value. You can't for example, sell a Badge and get money – they are not redeemable for cash. You can use Badges and credits only to reduce the purchase price of your next Dealster purchase.

Just buy a Deal. We automatically keep track of the Badges and credits you earned. If you want to check your Badge Account just log on to your account and go to My Rewards.

Badges never get rusty (they're virtual after all) and the credits only expire if Dealster stops offering Deals. At that point, we will terminate all outstanding credits. By the way – we have no plans to stop offering Deals, we're having too much fun.

No limit. The more Badges and points you earn the more you save on the next Deal.

You can use as many Badge credits as you want up to the purchase price of the Deal. For example, if the Deal costs $25 and you have $25 in credits – you just got the Deal for zero dollars.

Yes – Badge credits can only be used to purchase Dealster Deals. They cannot be redeemed for cash.

If there is any dispute between how many credits you say you have and how many credits we say you have – are decision is final.

We reserve the right to modify the terms of this program.

Anyone who violates the Terms of Use will have his or her Badges and credits revoked.
